Using your Dental benefits is easy:

1. Before you go the dentist check out your Summary of Benefits to make sure dental services are included with your plan.
2. Make an appointment with an in-network dentist. You can check to see if your dentist is in the network – or find a dentist close to you – by accessing the provider tool. If you choose to use a dentist that is out of the network, you will pay higher rates and may not be able to access all your benefits.
3. Show your Wellcare By Health Net Member ID to use your dental benefits.
